Trade union training

On November 2, the Provincial Federation of Labor in coordination with the Center for Social Development Training and Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City organized a training course on trade union work for more than 70 full-time officials and union officials of enterprises in the province.

Trainees were taught 3 topics: Skills in organizing activities of grassroots trade union presidents; Methods to improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese trade union organizations with organizations representing workers; Digital transformation in trade union activities. Thereby helping trade union officials improve their awareness, knowledge, and skills in organizing trade union activities and movements at the grassroots level to meet the requirements in the new situation.
