Training on bidding, project management, investment supervision and evaluation

On the morning of August 4, in Hanoi, the Department of Finance, Ministry of National Defense coordinated with the Department of Logistics, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; the Department of Bidding Management, Ministry of Finance and relevant agencies to organize the opening of a training course to serve the exam for professional certificates on bidding, training in project management and investment supervision and evaluation for more than 200 trainees working in bidding, project management and investment supervision and evaluation of agencies and units under military regions: 1, 2, 4 and Hanoi area.

Colonel Doan Phong Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, Ministry of National Defense chaired the opening of the training course.

The training content focuses on main topics such as: Overview of contractor selection; General regulations in contractor selection; Master plan and contractor selection plan; Process and procedures for selecting contractors online and handling complaints, inspection and supervision in bidding...

Colonel Doan Phong Quang delivered the opening speech at the training session.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Colonel Doan Phong Quang emphasized that project management, investment monitoring and evaluation, and bidding activities are important tasks of units within the Ministry of National Defense. In recent years, the State's policies and laws have changed a lot. With the desire to promptly update legal documents, the Department of Finance, Ministry of National Defense invited lecturers who are experts in their field and have a lot of practical experience to teach the trainees of the training course. This is an opportunity for trainees to approach new, in-depth content, combined with experience in handling issues from practical activities at the unit.

As planned, the training course will take place from August 4 to 6, 2025.
