The Central Propaganda Department has just organized an online conference for reporters in September 2023 to provide information to reporters at all levels and to orient propaganda in the coming time. Comrade Phan Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department chaired the conference.
Presiding at the Binh Thuan bridge point was Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
At the conference, the reporters listened to the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training inform on the topic "Key tasks for the 2023-2024 school year and major orientations of the Education and Training sector in the coming time"; the leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed on the topic "Current strategic competition between major powers - Impacts and policies of Vietnam".
Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department Phan Xuan Thuy suggested focusing on propagating the contents that have been informed by the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training and the leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs . In particular, focusing on propagating the innovations in education and training in the spirit of Resolution No. 29 of the 11th Party Central Committee on "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".
At the same time, promote Vietnam's determination to implement the foreign policy of the 13th National Congress: independence, self-reliance, peace, cooperation and development; multilateralize and diversify relations, proactively and actively integrate deeply into the international community, for the benefit of the nation. Along with that, focus on promoting the socio-economic situation, solutions to overcome difficulties, promote growth, maintain macroeconomic stability, and major balances. Activities to direct, operate, and implement resolutions and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, and the Government on socio-economic development in the last months of 2023. Promote foreign affairs activities, important international events, etc.
