Today (July 17), PPA Tour Asia announced the rankings in all categories including men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. Pickleball Vietnam is proud to have player Trinh Linh Giang occupy the top position in the men's singles rankings.
Trinh Linh Giang leads the men's singles rankings of PPA Tour Asia

At the Panas Malaysia Open 2025 tournament held in early July, Trinh Linh Giang excellently won the men's singles championship. This achievement brought Trinh Linh Giang 1,000 cumulative points on the PPA Tour Asia rankings. As this was the first tournament in the PPA Tour Asia system, the former Vietnamese tennis player automatically took the No. 1 position on the men's singles rankings while the runner-up of the tournament, Vanshik Kapadia (India) ranked second with 800 points.
PPA Tour Asia is a series of professional pickleball tournaments held in Asia with 3 levels from low to high: Open (total prize of 50,000 USD and 1,000 bonus points), Cup (500,000 USD and 1,500 bonus points), Slam (1 million USD prize and 2,000 bonus points).
Trinh Linh Giang played explosively, winning the Panas Malaysia Open pickleball championship in the PPA Tour Asia system.

After the Panas Malaysia Open 2025, Trinh Linh Giang and many Vietnamese tennis players are expected to participate in the next tournaments in the PPA Tour Asia system such as Hong Kong Open (from August 21-24), Sansan Fukuoka Open (August 26-31, Japan) and Vietnam Open (September 4-7).
