According to the Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter, the program "Vietnamese Tet - Street Tet 2024" aims to raise awareness of preserving and promoting cultural heritage values, contributing to promoting the development of trade, services, tourism and promoting the image of the Old Quarter in particular and Hanoi Capital in general.
