Comrade Nguyen Trong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited, encouraged and gave support to the victim's family.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai and the delegation visited and shared the pain of losing loved ones with the families and relatives of the two deceased children. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that each citizen should raise awareness and regularly remind family members, especially the children in the family, to strictly comply with the law when participating in traffic.

Previously, at around 3:25 p.m. on April 13, at the railway section through Lien Ha 7 village, Bao Ha commune, Nguyen Thi N. (born in 2012) was carrying her younger sister Nguyen Thi BN (born in 2020) on an electric bicycle along a local trail that crossed the railway when it collided with a specialized railway vehicle. The accident resulted in the deaths of both children.
