Quang Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board (under the People's Committee of Da Nang City) is assigned to manage 47 works and projects; of which 38 are transitional works and 9 are newly started works. As of June 30, the disbursement value reached VND507 billion, equivalent to 42.5% of the plan (extended capital disbursed VND48 billion, reaching 21.8%). Classified by capital source, the provincial budget disbursed VND151/524 billion (28.8%); the central budget supported disbursement of VND85/196 billion (43.3%); ODA capital disbursed VND271/471 billion (57.5%).

Difficulties and obstacles include prolonged site clearance work in many projects such as Nui Thanh High School (1.47 hectares have not been handed over), Loc Dai reservoir (may last until 2028, due to the completion of inspection conclusions and investment adjustments), and Nam Quang Nam Solid Waste Treatment Area (stuck with 6 households).
