Due to difficulties and problems in compensation and site clearance (up to now, there are still 12 households with an area of 7,490m², including project land and 20m green strip land on the East side of DT.603B road that have not been cleared), the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the project completion schedule according to the proposal of the Department of Planning and Investment.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to guide Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd. to complete documents and procedures to resolve related legal documents in accordance with current regulations of law; in which, note and work specifically with Dien Ban Town People's Committee and Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd. to clearly determine the time to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to ensure early completion of the entire project.
If necessary, guide Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Company Limited to carry out procedures to adjust the project scale to ensure completion, acceptance, and putting into operation and use of the entire project.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to be responsible for urging relevant agencies, units and localities to coordinate with Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Company Limited to complete the compensation, site clearance and resettlement work of the project.
By the end of December 2024, report the results of compensation, site clearance and resettlement work; in case the compensation and site clearance work for the entire project cannot be completed, coordinate and work with Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd. to study, propose and adjust legal documents, and promptly complete the project.
