Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1455/ATTP-PCTTR dated July 11, 2025 of the Department of Food Safety on monitoring and recalling health protection food products; Decisions No. 327/QD-ATTP, 328/QD-ATTP, 329/QD-ATTP, 330/QD-ATTP, 332/QD-ATTP dated July 11, 2025 of the Department of Food Safety on revoking the validity of the Certificate of acceptance of product declaration registration for health protection foods; Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 234/ATTP-NV dated July 11, 2025 of the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Thanh Hoa province on warning that the product "Lac Lac Plus+ Pregnant Cereal" violates regulations on product declaration; In order to strengthen the propaganda work to ensure food safety, the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene informs consumers in the whole province about health protection food products that violate regulations on product declaration, and revokes the validity of the Certificate of Receipt of Health Protection Food Product Declaration Registration.

Health protection food product CANCIVITA D3-GT , Batch number: 01.02.25, Manufacturing date: 12.02.25, Expiry date: 11.02.28 and batch number: 01.06.23, Manufacturing date: 02.06.23, Expiry date: 01.06.26, not consistent with the published product information (Huong Hoang Pharmaceutical and Dietary Supplement Company Limited has added some ingredients (palm oil, Lecithin, Nipagin, Nipasol, Ethyl Vanilin, Titanium dioxide, Tatrazine lake, Tatrazine).
