Accordingly, based on the results of data extraction from the journey monitoring device installed on cars provided by the journey monitoring device data processing and exploitation system of the Vietnam Road Administration from May 1 to May 31, 2024.
The Department of Transport has indefinitely revoked the transport business badges and signs of 46 vehicles belonging to transport business units.
Among them, vehicles of An Phat Khanh EMT Cooperative Da Nang violated 551 times/month; vehicles of Da Nang Oxygen Joint Stock Company violated 177 times/month...
It is known that this May, 5 units had vehicles violating 100 times/month or more.
The Department of Transport requires transport businesses that violate the law to return their vehicle badges to the department (via the One-Stop Team or the Driver Vehicle Transport Management Department; 14th floor, Administrative Center Building, 24 Tran Phu, Hai Chau District); and at the same time, they are not allowed to use the above vehicles for transport business during the time the badges are revoked.
In case of discovering that transport business units continue to use the revoked badges for transport business, a record of administrative violations will be made according to regulations ; organizations or individuals with vehicles violating the regulations will be made according to administrative violations regarding regulations on handling administrative violations in the field of road and railway traffic.
