This year, Nghe An has more than 3,200 citizens joining the army. Of these, there are 4 female citizens; 49 party members; 945 citizens registered to volunteer to join the army (reaching a rate of 30%); 1,105 citizens have attended the Party training course; 210 people have university, college, and intermediate degrees; 813 ethnic minority youths and 237 religious youths. |

Vinh city alone has 219 citizens enlisted in the army. Of these, 86 young people wrote volunteer applications, 1 party member and 65 young people participated in fostering Party sympathy, 8 young people are Catholics. |
