Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan offers incense to commemorate heroic martyrs in Dien Bien

The delegation observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple.

Offering incense at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield, Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan and the delegation respectfully laid wreaths, held a minute of silence, and expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who fought bravely and sacrificed to create the Dien Bien Phu victory.

With deep gratitude, the delegation vows to promote the heroic Dien Bien Phu tradition, continue to make efforts with the entire Party, army and people to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, and build an increasingly prosperous Vietnam.
