The planning area has an area of about 445 hectares, located in the administrative boundaries of Phong Chuong and Phong Binh communes, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province.
The People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province has just issued Decision No. 3137/QD-UBND on approving the zoning plan for the construction of Ngu Ho eco-tourism area, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province.

This is an eco-tourism, experience; golf course; resort tourism including functions such as restaurant area, accommodation and resort services combined with therapeutic services exploiting medicinal herbs and peat mines typical of the locality.
The specific boundaries are: to the North, it borders the residential area of Phong Chuong commune and Provincial Road 4; to the East, it borders Provincial Road 6; to the Southwest, it borders the natural white sand strip along Tram Nai Lake (Bau Bang); to the Northwest, it borders the rice fields of Trieu Quy village, Phong Binh commune and Binh Chuong river.
The planning area is divided into 03 main sub-areas, Sub-area A - Golf course area, is arranged adjacent to the green strip along Provincial Road 6 and the internal roads of the area. The 27-hole golf course area includes a club house and 3 golf courses, each with 9 holes stretching along natural lakes.
Sub-area B – Resort tourism area, with the following functions: Resort hotel area is built with high-rise buildings (maximum height of 10 floors) combined with swimming pool area, entertainment area, etc.; Low-rise construction area includes resort villas combined with management area, park, high-class services;…
Sub-area C - Experiential tourism service area is located in the southwest area of the land, adjacent to Tram Nai Lake (Bau Bang) and protective forest areas, water surface, and canals.
