In order to find new talents in 3-cushion carom billiards, the Ho Chi Minh City Billiards & Snooker Federation (HBSF) cooperated with Min Table, Billiards Hoang Dung and Tan Loc T-Pro Company to create a rare playground for female players to compete in the international arena. In this tournament, female players created series of high scores and this is also a good sign for the Vietnamese billiards community.

In the semi-final match on November 26, Bich Tram won 30/19 against Nguyen Thi Thu (HCMC). This was a match in which Nguyen Thi Thu had a series of 7 points but could not create a surprise against the very good performance of Bich Tram, who also had a series of 5 points. In the remaining semi-final match, Luong Thi Thom won 30/23 against Nguyen Thi Thu Hien ( Da Nang ).

With this result, Nguyen Thi Bich Tram became the champion of the tournament, receiving the cup and a prize of 25 million VND. The runner-up, Luong Thi Thom received 10 million VND. The two third-place players, Nguyen Thi Thu Hien and Nguyen Thi Thu, received 5 million VND. With the same series of 7 points, Nguyen Thi Bich Tram and Nguyen Thi Thu won the "Excellent Series" prize worth 5 million VND.
