On December 17, the Investigation Security Agency (ISA) of Quang Nam Province Police has just issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case, prosecute the accused and detain Nguyen Duy Hau (born in 1985, residing in Nhi Luu village, Que Luu commune, Hiep Duc district, Quang Nam province) and Truong Dinh Hoang (born in 2002, residing in Dong Co Hien village, Hien Ninh commune, Quang Ninh, Quang Binh) for the act of "Organizing for others to stay in Vietnam illegally".

Previously, on December 10, the authorities received a report from Phuoc Son District Police about a group of foreigners (Chinese nationality) appearing in the area.
Through initial research of the case file and working with related subjects, the Investigation Security Agency issued an order to detain the person in an emergency case, an order to arrest the person detained in an emergency case, and a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Duy Hau for the act of "Organizing others to stay in Vietnam illegally".
From Nguyen Duy Hau's testimony, the Investigation Security Agency established a working group and urgently went to Quang Binh to search for and urgently arrest Truong Dinh Hoang in Quang Ninh district ( Quang Binh province) to further investigate the case.
The case is being further investigated and thoroughly handled by the Investigation Security Agency.
