Representatives of the Department of Preschool Education, Department of Quality Management ( Ministry of Education and Training ) attended the Conference.
Attending the conference were comrades: Major General Vu Van Cuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering; Major General Phung Thi Phu, Deputy Director of the Department of Military Training - Schools (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army); Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Military Women's Committee; functional agencies of the General Department of Logistics; representatives of leaders, commanders, political agencies of units with kindergartens and managers of kindergartens in the entire army.
The summary report at the conference affirmed: In the 2024-2025 school year, preschool education in the Army continues to receive attention from the leadership and direction of Party committees and commanders at all levels; close coordination from functional agencies; facilities, schools and classrooms are newly built, upgraded and repaired by many units; equipment is invested to meet the requirements of child care and education according to the child-centered perspective, with many positive changes.
Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh commended the excellent results of preschool education in the Army achieved in the 2024-2025 school year; at the same time, he emphasized: In the past school year, despite many difficulties, agencies and units demonstrated a proactive, creative spirit, and made efforts to overcome difficulties, achieving many comprehensive results.

Party committees and commanders of agencies and units, especially political agencies, departments and offices for mass work, cadres in charge of mass work, and cadres specializing in women's work of 11 units with preschool education facilities have done a good job of advising and making correct, timely, and effective recommendations to Party committees and commanders in leadership, direction, and implementation. Notably, 195 preschools in the entire army have organized care, nurturing, and education for more than 11,300 children, of whom more than 2,500 are ethnic minorities and 9 disabled children have been integrated into education in the right direction and with the right methods. 100% of schools ensure absolute physical and mental safety for children; many units have organized educational activities well according to the innovation program, strengthened family-school-society coordination, and created a friendly and happy environment for children to develop comprehensively.
To continue improving the quality of preschool education in the Army, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested that Party committees and commanders at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Party's resolutions and conclusions; universalize preschool education for children from 3 to 5 years old according to the National Assembly's Resolution, combined with increased investment in facilities, preferential policies, and welfare regimes for teachers.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested that departments, offices, and assistants in charge of women's work in the entire army improve the quality of staff work, propose appropriate and correct solutions, ensuring practicality and high efficiency in the management, care, and education of preschool children. Promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, modernize the management, monitoring, evaluation, and care of children, meeting the requirements of comprehensive digital transformation in education. Along with that, the team of managers and preschool teachers promote a sense of responsibility, proactively build and develop educational programs and skills suitable to practical requirements and progressive trends of society in education.
Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh emphasized that preschool education in the Army is a special field, playing an important role in stabilizing the rear, contributing directly to the results of completing political tasks of units, especially with forces stationed in remote, border and island areas. From rich and vivid practices, it is necessary to continue to research, summarize and replicate good models and effective methods, making preschool education in the Army truly become a solid foundation, worthy of being "a beautiful flower in the educational garden of the entire army".
Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Head of the PNQD Department and Comrade Hoang Thi Dinh - Deputy Head of the Department of Preschool Education - Ministry of Education and Training - awarded Certificates of Merit from the Head of the General Department of Politics to individuals with outstanding achievements in preschool education work in the 2024-2025 school year.
At the conference, the Head of the General Department of Politics awarded Certificates of Merit to 30 collectives and 56 individuals with outstanding achievements in performing preschool education tasks in the 2024-2025 school year.
