UN Secretary General and leaders of countries congratulate President To Lam

On the occasion of Mr. To Lam being elected President by the 15th National Assembly , leaders of Cuba, Thailand, North Korea, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Nicaragua... and the Secretary General of the United Nations sent congratulatory telegrams, letters and messages.

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory letter to President To Lam. Emir of the State of Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani and Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Thani sent congratulatory messages to President To Lam. President of Nicaragua Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Vice President of Nicaragua Rosario Murillo sent congratulatory messages to President To Lam.
