Exhibition "Da Nang - Echoes of the past"

Last weekend, Da Nang Museum organized a thematic exhibition "Da Nang - Echoes of the past" to promote the socialization of cultural heritage conservation activities and promote the values of antiques.

The exhibition introduces more than 200 antiques of various types and materials, dating from the 15th century to the Nguyen Dynasty, from antique associations such as: Thang Long Antiques Association (Hanoi), Eastern Antiques Association ( Hai Duong ), Pho Hien Antiques Club (Hung Yen), Ho Chi Minh City Antiques Association and private collectors in Da Nang city.

This is the first exhibition organized with the participation of collectors from the North, Central and South regions with many unique artifacts. Thereby, contributing to honoring the special values of antiques, at the same time encouraging organizations and individuals to join hands to preserve and promote the value of cultural heritage.

On this occasion, Da Nang Museum received 79 antiques donated by 14 private collectors with diverse types, from Ly - Tran dynasties pottery, Chu Dau pottery, Nguyen dynasty-style porcelain, enamelware, worship items and daily necessities of ancient Vietnamese people.

The exhibition runs until September 12.
