Delegates cut the ribbon to open the exhibition of large propaganda paintings celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

The exhibition introduces 70 works by professional and non-professional artists nationwide, selected from the propaganda painting contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing exhibitions received awards.

Through language, images and colors, the works convey the message about the significance and great historical significance of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. At the same time, they affirm the correct leadership of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the spirit of great national unity. Thereby educating the tradition of patriotism, national pride, and strengthening the people's trust in the leadership of the Party and State in the cause of innovation and development.
