International University (Ho Chi Minh City National University) - where Miss Bao Ngoc studies - also posted this information and sent congratulations to the school's students.

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, the school representative said that Miss Bao Ngoc is a final year student of the business administration faculty of the joint training program between the International University (Ho Chi Minh City National University) and the University of the West of England (UK).
She was just awarded a certificate of graduation in the school's periodic review last July.
Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, born in 2001 in Can Tho , is 1m85 tall and is known as the "knowledge queen".
In August 2022, she won the first runner-up position at Miss World Vietnam, then she was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2022 in Egypt.
She has IELTS 8.0 and achieved IELTS 7.0 from high school. She has been awarded many scholarships such as SEED scholarship sponsored by the Canadian Government , Singapore Venture Leader scholarship, University of New South Wales (Australia)...
She is the coordinator of the drafting of the 2023 Vietnam Youth Declaration on Climate Change. Ngoc is also the Global Ambassador of Earth Day in Vietnam, attracting the participation of more than 6,000 volunteers and helping to collect 35 tons of waste, and is the representative of Vietnam to attend COP 29 (29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).
In 2024, Bao Ngoc was one of 10 individuals honored to receive the National Volunteer Award presented by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
She is also one of 40 female entrepreneurs selected in the US Consulate program; economic project leader in the top 10 of the Innovation Startup competition; project implementation in the top 5 "Climate Program" of the CHANGE organization...
This year, Vietnam's representative at the Miss World 2025 contest is Miss Ý Nhi, who is also a student at the International University (Ho Chi Minh City National University).

Y Nhi is studying the 2+2 joint program in business administration between the International University and the University of Sydney, Australia. Y Nhi has completed the Vietnam program and transferred to the partner school to continue her study program as planned from the first day of school.
