On July 11, news from Tra Vinh University (TVU) said that in 2025, the school will rank 29th in the top 400 schools with influence and contribution to society, up 13 places compared to 2024 (ranked 42nd in the top 100). This is the 6th consecutive year that the school continues to rise in the top 100 and top 400 schools according to World Universities with Real Impact (WURI).

Notably, this year, Tra Vinh University has 3 component categories in the top 50. Specifically: 21st in component index B7 on effective management (Cost-Benefit Management); 23rd in index A2 on openness and student exchange (Student Mobility and Openness); 26th in index B8 on university brand and reputation (University Brand and Reputation).
Tra Vinh University has achieved the above results thanks to the values of promoting innovation and creativity in students, lecturers, school administrators, promoting cooperative thinking with learners and the business community. At the same time, the school has expanded Co-op training programs with businesses, training according to orders and promoting educational quality assessment according to international standards. Students have the opportunity to intern or participate in international research projects, receive scholarships to study abroad or participate in student exchange programs.
