Posthumously promote the rank of Mr. Nguyen Dang Nhan (29 years old, from Yen Thanh district, Nghe An ), a police officer of Ea Ktur commune, from first lieutenant to captain.

Earlier, the spokesman of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General To An Xo, said that early in the morning of June 11, a group of unidentified people suddenly used guns to attack the police headquarters of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes, causing the death and injury of a number of commune police officers, commune officials and residents.
The Ministry of Public Security has directed Dak Lak Provincial Police and professional units to deploy to arrest the group of subjects causing the incident.
As of 4:30 p.m. on June 11, authorities had arrested 16 subjects and rescued two people held hostage by the subjects.
Authorities are actively pursuing the remaining suspects.
