Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen emphasized that the fair is a vivid demonstration of the attention and participation of all levels and sectors in promoting OCOP product brands to the international market.

Within the framework of the fair, Hanoi city organized the "Hanoi OCOP product export promotion booth area".

More than 20 businesses exhibiting products were carefully selected, not only ensuring high quality, but also focusing on packaging design, product story and ability to meet international standards.

Many key products and specialties of Hanoi will be present such as: Me Tri green rice, Ba Vi milk, traditional confectionery, and high-end handicrafts such as My Duc silk, Phu Vinh bamboo and rattan, Quat Dong embroidery, Bat Trang ceramics, Ha Thai lacquerware, etc.

At the same time, Hanoi city organized forums and conferences to support and promote the development of Hanoi's handicraft industry.

“Hanoi City identifies OCOP as not only a rural product, but also a cultural product, a bridge between tradition and modernity, between identity and integration. In the new period, when international economic integration is increasingly deep, OCOP cannot stop at the village scale but must continue to reach out to regional and international markets,” Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen emphasized.

VIETNAM OCOPEX 2025 is large-scale with 300 booths of more than 200 units, displaying thousands of OCOP-certified products from 34 provinces and cities. In particular, this year the fair also attracted the participation of international booths: Peru, Laos, Cambodia...; connecting booths of commercial units.
