In early 2018, car enthusiasts in Binh Duong province (old) were quite surprised when a businessman here bought a sports car with speed approaching a supercar, the Porsche 911 Turbo S 991.2 generation, the latest mid-life upgrade.

But after only a few months of registering the license plate, without much experience, the owner of this Porsche 911 Turbo S 991.2 sold it to a showroom in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. When the car appeared here, many people were surprised, and thought that this was the fastest sold Porsche 911 that was bought and sold.

After that, this Porsche 911 Turbo S 991.2 sports car also had an owner, and the buyer was none other than Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu.

After that, the car underwent a makeover with a matte military green body covered with decals, and more importantly, a custom anti-collision bar at the front of the car, causing many people to argue because they thought it ruined the beauty of the car, forgetting that the owner's preference is fine.

Recently, this Porsche 911 Turbo S was driven by "Qua" Vu on the road, and the odometer showed only 8,089 miles, equivalent to 13,018 km. Many people think that this odometer is quite high compared to the owner's style of displaying the car.

But there is a reason for everything. For a while after buying the Porsche 911 Turbo S 991 sports car, it was constantly moved from Ho Chi Minh City to the Central Highlands, not by tow truck, but by Trung Nguyen's driver. "Qua" Vu drove this car only a handful of times, sometimes less than 30 km.

In terms of appearance, the car has two LED positioning strips added to the front bumper, a full LED headlight system. In particular, Mr. Vu's car has also been modified with additional reinforcement in the front bumper, which is often found on specialized off-road vehicles. The car was originally painted gray, but is now covered with military green decals, accompanied by many black decal strips to create highlights.

The wheels are multi-spoke black with white trim, 20 inches in size, inside is Porsche's high-performance ceramic brake system with yellow accents. The orange turn signals on the side show that this model is imported from the US market.

The car can raise and lower the chassis within a range of 40 mm, ensuring operation on different road conditions. Porsche said that this model has improved throttle response compared to the previous generation.
2-4648.jpg
The throttle system opens briefly after the driver takes his foot off the accelerator pedal, allowing pressure to be maintained, so there is no throttle lag commonly found on other turbocharged models.
7-3153.jpg
The car uses a 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged, 6-cylinder Boxer engine, producing a maximum capacity of 552 horsepower and maximum torque of 710 Nm, a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission with Launch Control function, thanks to which, the Porsche 911 Turbo S only takes about 2.9 seconds to accelerate from a standing start to 100 km/h before reaching a maximum speed of 320 km/h.

In the Vietnamese market, there are about 5 Porsche 911 Turbo S 991.2 generation sports cars brought to the S-shaped strip of land and tycoon Dang Le Nguyen Vu has collected all of them. When it first arrived in the country, the Porsche 911 Turbo S 991 sports car had an official selling price of about 13.94 billion VND.
