Provincial People's Committee meets with businesses in October

At the conference, enterprises and investors informed about the production and business situation since the beginning of the year; at the same time, they raised difficulties and problems and recommended solutions to the Provincial People's Committee such as: Thap Cham Industrial Park does not have a centralized wastewater treatment system according to the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection, causing difficulties in procedures for applying for new investment policies or increasing factory capacity; some enterprises are still stuck with environmental licensing procedures, so they have not been able to carry out construction licensing procedures and related procedures for project investment. After listening to representatives of departments, branches and localities answering and resolving the recommendations and proposals of enterprises, and concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions of enterprises. At the same time, he emphasized: Ninh Thuan province always accompanies and creates all favorable conditions for enterprises to improve the efficiency of production and business activities. Based on the recommendations of enterprises, he requested departments, branches and localities to enhance their responsibilities, get involved faster and more effectively in removing difficulties and obstacles proposed by enterprises; enhance the role of leadership, direction, management and prioritize timely removal of difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in investment, land and environmental policies. The Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion coordinates with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to review and resolve difficulties at Thap Cham Industrial Cluster and Phuoc Nam Industrial Park; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment advises the Provincial People's Committee to resolve difficulties and problems in the handover and leasing of premises. The Department of Planning and Investment urgently supports enterprises in investment processes and procedures for projects. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that enterprises will further promote their sense of responsibility, dynamism and creativity, and demonstrate their determination in investing in projects in the province; and fully complete legal documents and production and business conditions according to regulations.
