The National Assembly Standing Committee adjusts the 2025 Legislative Program

(Chinhphu.vn) - The National Assembly Standing Committee has issued Resolution No. 92/2025/UBTVQH15 on adjusting the 2025 Legislative Program.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee added to the 2025 Legislative Program to submit to the National Assembly for comments and approval at the 10th Session (October 2025) the following projects:

1. Law on Tax Administration (amended);

2. Law on Personal Income Tax (amended) ;

3. Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended), implemented according to simplified procedures;

4. Law on Civil Servants (amended), implemented according to simplified procedures.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly assigns the submitting agency, the agency in charge of reviewing, participating in reviewing, and the progress of submitting to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for comments on the draft laws adjusted in the 2025 Legislative Program as follows:
