In order to achieve the goal of building a service-oriented, people-centered administration, building a government that is close to the people, friendly and humane, the People's Committee of Van Ban commune has also implemented the activity of sending congratulatory letters to children when registering their births, couples when registering their marriages, and condolence letters to relatives when carrying out death registration procedures. This is a simple act but contains many humane meanings, demonstrating the care and sharing of the local government for important milestones in the life of each citizen - from birth, adulthood, marriage to farewell to relatives.
Luu Thi Hong Hanh and Luong Hong Son happily shared: “When we came to register for marriage, my husband and I felt very happy because we didn’t have to wait long. Moreover, we also received a congratulatory letter from the Commune People’s Committee, our joy doubled.”
It is known that the Commune People's Committee sent 4 congratulatory letters for births, 2 married couples and 3 condolence letters when people carried out death registration procedures for their relatives.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Director of the Van Ban Commune Public Administration Service Center said: "The activity of sending letters is a testament to a government that is close to the people, understands the people and serves the people, contributing to building trust and connection between the government and the people. Thereby, the government not only performs its administrative functions well but also contributes to building a serving government, taking the people as the center, spreading humanistic values and connecting the community".
