At the end of LPBank V-League 2024/25, SHB Da Nang Club ranked 13th with 25 points. Speaking to Tien Phong, a representative of the tournament's organizing committee added that Thong Nhat Stadium ensures the harmonious movement of both SHB Da Nang and Binh Phuoc teams. The plan to organize the play-off match was also made at a time when it was not yet determined which team would play, ensuring fairness for the teams.
