This is the second consecutive year Vietnam Airlines has been honored in this category by The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).

APEX said the award is based on the evaluation of passenger experiences on millions of flights worldwide. In addition to service quality, Vietnam Airlines is highly appreciated for its ability to connect international passengers to Vietnam through good flight experiences.

Sharing about the award, Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines, said that the airline was delighted and proud to be honored by APEX. This is the result of the efforts of the National Airline. "The award is a testament to our efforts in improving customer experience, affirming the position of the Vietnamese aviation industry in the international arena. This is also the motivation for us to continue improving service quality, bringing customers the best flight experiences," said Mr. Tuan.

"Through publications, videos shown on flights or meals with a strong Vietnamese culinary style, we promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends, while creating unique cultural discovery journeys for each passenger," the airline representative shared.

The APEX award is valid for 2 years, requiring airlines to continuously improve customer experience to maintain this title.
