Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allow the Power Project Management Board 2 to carry out the load reduction of 3,035m3 at the VT81 pillar foundation location of the 500kV Monsoon - Thanh My Transmission Line Project according to plan 2, prepared by Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 and reviewed by Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 according to the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
At the same time, the Power Project Management Board 2 is required to properly and fully implement the contents as requested by Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 4; closely coordinate with the People's Committee of Nam Giang district and related units in the district during the implementation process; have the most optimal solution, not affecting the land, property of households and natural forest land around the area.
During the implementation process, transport and dump waste at the correct location as permitted by the competent authority, not to be used for other purposes; commit to the local authorities not to let landslides affect the property of households, natural forest land and cause environmental pollution.
The unit must comply with the environmental impact assessment approved by the competent authority and take full responsibility for technical solutions and safety assurance during and after the excavation and offloading process. Coordinate with the People's Committee of Ta Bhing commune to put up warning signs in areas at risk of landslides and dangers; regularly monitor the development of natural disasters and weather to promptly provide information, warnings, and ensure safety for people, property and works.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Nam Giang District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant agencies to regularly inspect and supervise the Power Project Management Board 2 and the construction unit during the process of excavating to reduce soil load at the VT81 pillar foundation location of the Monsoon - Thanh My 500kV Transmission Line Project and the implementation of required contents.
