For insurance In non-life insurance, businesses have received about 13,847 damage reports (property, motor vehicle and health insurance), with a total loss of more than VND 11,607 billion. To date, non-life insurance businesses have advanced a total amount of compensation 108.3 billion VND.
“In the non-life insurance sector, there were 41 health insurance cases, equivalent to an insurance amount of VND2.9 billion; technical property insurance cases were over 5,700, with a loss of VND11,205 billion; motor vehicle insurance cases were over 7,500, with a loss of VND209 billion; and hull insurance cases were 552, with an estimated loss of VND189 billion,” said the Insurance Supervision and Management Department.
