The Department of Construction of Phu Tho province has just issued Document No. 233/SXD-QLN&PTDT (dated February 13, 2025), officially announcing the right to use land with technical infrastructure eligible for transfer to individuals to build their own houses at the Phu Loi New Urban Area Project in Hung Vuong Ward and Phong Chau Ward, Phu Tho Town.
Phu Loi new urban area has an area of 190,940 m2.
According to the announcement of the Department of Construction, 60 urban land plots of the Phu Loi New Urban Area project (in Hung Vuong and Phong Chau wards), Phu Tho town have technical infrastructure that meets the conditions for transfer to individuals for self-construction of houses, as stipulated in Article 31 of the Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15 dated November 28, 2023.
Phu Loi New Urban Area has a large scale with an area of 190,940m2, invested by Tu Lap Construction Company Limited, the project completion time is before December 31, 2027. The project scale includes: Townhouses, villas and social housing, public works (cultural houses, commercial services), educational works with modern architectural forms.
60 urban land plots of the Phu Loi New Urban Area project with technical infrastructure are eligible for transfer to individuals for self-construction of houses.
Technical infrastructure works and technical infrastructure systems are invested and built synchronously, creating an ideal living space with modern architectural design, in harmony with landscape, trees, water surface, and sports facilities.
The investor will be responsible for the accuracy and transparency of project information as well as fully and honestly implementing legal procedures. At the same time, project information will be made public on the housing and real estate market information system, ensuring optimal benefits for residents and investors.
