The ethnic groups in Bao Lac district in general and the Mong ethnic group in particular are preserving many unique traditional cultural features in costumes, cuisine, musical instruments and folk songs, folk dances, etc. Through organizing the festival, it is aimed to honor and preserve the unique cultural identity of the ethnic groups; Promote and develop tourism , improve income, gradually improve and enhance the material and spiritual life of local ethnic groups./.
