On the morning of December 9, in Hanoi, the Viettel Aerospace Institute under the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group ( Viettel ) held a ceremony to receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces. President Luong Cuong attended the ceremony. Attending the ceremony were comrades: General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; Party Central Committee members: Le Khanh Hai, Head of the Office of the President ; Nguyen Manh Hung, Minister of Information and Communications; and leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, leaders of military regions, military services, agencies, units and officers and employees of Viettel Group.
