NDO - At the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam , President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and his wife, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Thongloun Sisoulith and his wife paid a State visit to Vietnam from September 10 to 13, 2024. On the morning of September 10, right after the official welcoming ceremony at the Presidential Palace, General Secretary and President To Lam and General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith and delegates arrived at the Party Central Committee Headquarters to the warm welcome of the people of Hanoi.
