'Say Hi Brother' will take place at My Dinh Stadium

The Hanoi People's Committee has issued a document agreeing to organize the music events Anh trai say hi concert 3 and concert 4 at My Dinh National Stadium as proposed by the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

This is a large-scale cultural and artistic event that attracts the attention of a large number of young audiences. Therefore, the organization must ensure safety, security, order, fire prevention and fighting, and develop a control plan and closely coordinate control.

Hanoi requires the organizing unit to take full responsibility for the program content and plans according to the documents submitted to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; organize implementation according to the instructions of relevant competent agencies in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Culture and Sports is the focal point, responsible to the Hanoi People's Committee for event organization; presides over and coordinates with relevant units to appraise documents and grant licenses.

Hanoi City Police is assigned to preside over, coordinate with relevant agencies, inspect, appraise, and guide units to develop plans to ensure security and safety at the program's location; proactively prevent and handle any arising situations; preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport to direct traffic and ensure traffic order and safety around the program's location.

The concert Anh trai say hi took place on 2 nights, December 7 and 9, at My Dinh National Stadium, bringing together singers from the show Anh trai say hi and special guests.
