With this ownership level, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet has become a major shareholder of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company.
Recently, VIX Securities has approved the plan to collect shareholders' opinions and adjust the 2023 business plan. Specifically, VIX Securities plans to close the list of shareholders to collect written opinions on September 12, the time for collecting opinions is from September 20 to October 16.
In particular, VIX Securities presented shareholders with a plan for after-tax profit of VND920 billion compared to the plan at the beginning of the year of VND540 billion, equivalent to an increase of 70.4% compared to the plan at the beginning of the year.
In addition, the Company also presented shareholders with a dividend plan for 2023 expected to be 10%.
In terms of business activities, in the first half of 2023, VIX Securities recorded total revenue of VND 959.81 billion, up 25% over the same period, after-tax profit recorded VND 576 billion, up 76.4% over the same period and completed 62.6% of the adjusted profit plan of VND 920 billion.
