Sir, the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2 is a political event of special significance. Could you tell us about the scale, significance of the event and the role of Bac Ninh province in participating?
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trung: The exhibition of national achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2 is one of the largest political and cultural events in the country in 2025, held from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center (Hanoi) with a scale of nearly 250,000 m², gathering the participation of central ministries and branches; provinces and cities nationwide; large corporations, enterprises and many international organizations. This is a special occasion for us to look back on the 80-year journey of building, protecting and developing the country under the leadership of the Party; an opportunity to honor comprehensive achievements in all fields, demonstrating the consensus, creativity and continuous efforts of the entire nation. At the same time, the exhibition also contributes to arousing national pride, educating patriotic traditions, and strengthening people's confidence in the country's development.

As a land rich in cultural traditions, dynamic, and growing strongly in the period of industrialization and modernization, Bac Ninh province participates in this Exhibition with high responsibility and determination, taking advantage of this important opportunity to introduce outstanding achievements, promoting the image of the province to domestic and international friends.
How did Bac Ninh prepare for this event? Could you please share some key points in the organization process, from planning to implementation?
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trung: Immediately after receiving the direction of the Central Government and the guidance of the Exhibition Organizing Committee, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued an Implementation Plan, established an Organizing Committee and a Provincial Working Group to directly direct and coordinate related contents. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was assigned as the Standing Agency, acting as the focal point to coordinate with relevant sectors, localities and units to carry out the task. The Department surveyed the exhibition space to build a suitable display layout and construction design plan. Selected a consulting unit to come up with ideas; submitted to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of the exhibition outline content.

Currently, Bac Ninh has submitted a detailed outline of the exhibition content, the layout of the exhibition space design and is completing and adjusting according to the comments of the Central Organizing Committee. At this time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has been directing the Provincial Center for Culture and Tourism Promotion to mobilize maximum human resources, closely coordinate with the construction unit to work continuously day and night to ensure that Bac Ninh's exhibition booth is completed on schedule.
What is the theme of Bac Ninh’s exhibition at the exhibition? What main contents, images, documents, artifacts or typical models will be selected to introduce the province’s outstanding achievements in 80 years of accompanying the cause of building and defending the Fatherland?
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trung: The theme of the province's exhibition is "Bac Ninh - a thousand years of culture - Aspiration to rise in the new era". With this theme, we wish to vividly recreate the 80-year journey of Bac Ninh province and the whole country overcoming challenges, affirming the province's position on the economic, social and cultural development map of the region and the whole country.
The exhibition area of Bac Ninh province has an area of 345 m², arranged into 6 modules according to specific themes including: Bac Ninh in the flow of national history; achievements in politics; economy; science - technology; culture - society and national defense - security; dynamic, creative and aspiring Bac Ninh people. The exhibition contents focus on showing important milestones in the development process of the province: From the tradition of studiousness and mandarin exams to achievements in industrialization and modernization; infrastructure system; investment environment; competitiveness index. In particular, the documents and images of Uncle Ho's visits to the Party Committee, government and people in the province are also historical highlights, demonstrating the special attention of the Party and Uncle Ho to this cultural land.

In addition, Bac Ninh also introduces to the public cultural heritages honored by UNESCO such as Quan Ho folk songs, Ca Tru, Vinh Nghiem pagoda woodblocks... At the same time, it highlights the outstanding values of the historical and cultural relic system; traditional craft villages such as Dong Ho folk paintings, Phu Lang pottery, Da Mai vermicelli, Tho Ha rice paper... Outstanding achievements in education, health care, sports, national defense - security, administrative reform... will also be presented in a vivid and concise manner.
The exhibition is expected to attract many international delegations, people from all over the country and investors. What highlights will Bac Ninh show to create its own mark, affirming the position and brand of the province in the period of integration and development, sir?
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trung: We determined that the highlight of the Bac Ninh exhibition booth will be the harmonious combination of tradition and modernity, cultural depth and economic resilience. The province's exhibition space is an open, multi-dimensional space - using information technology, artificial intelligence (Al) with original artifacts displayed on a touch screen system - smart kiosk, media, virtual and digital spaces. Along with displaying typical artifacts, images, documents, and typical products of the province, here, 3D projection screens, virtual reality experiences (VR), Al applications, multimedia works... help viewers interact and explore the development story of Bac Ninh in a vivid and attractive way. Typically, projections using LED screens, interactive boards or high-tech projectors depict historical periods, socio-economic development processes, urban models, industries, festivals, heritages...

Applying virtual reality technology (AR/VR) to simulate Gia Binh airport space, current and future industrial parks, urban areas, and prominent cultural relics in the form of 3D tours. Integrating virtual reality headsets for viewers to experience Quan Ho space, Dong Ho craft village and other traditional craft villages. In addition, the display of cultural heritage, especially Quan Ho folk songs, and OCOP products are also designed to both display and suggest potential for investment cooperation.
Dear Comrade, besides honoring development achievements, the Exhibition is also an opportunity to promote the potential and strengths of the province. How will Bac Ninh take advantage of this opportunity to spread its image, attract investment, develop tourism and affirm its role as the center of the Capital region and the key economic region of the North?
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trung: This is a great opportunity for Bac Ninh to affirm its position as a dynamic economic center, a leading electronics industry with the world's leading FDI enterprises such as Samsung, Canon, Foxconn... At the same time, we wish to widely promote the unique cultural - tourism potential, OCOP products, rich relic system and friendly, hospitable Bac Ninh people. Bac Ninh's booth at the exhibition will introduce typical industrial parks such as: Que Vo, Dai Dong - Hoan Son, Yen Phong, Dinh Tram, Song Khe - Noi Hoang, Van Trung. These places are important driving forces to promote industrial development, especially the processing, manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, textiles and construction materials production industries. In particular, Gia Binh airport is being invested in and built to become a leading international airport in the Northern region, helping to connect directly with major economic centers at home and abroad, opening up favorable trade opportunities and boosting import and export. The images, documents and models at the exhibition booth also highlight the province's tourism potential with famous relics, landscapes, golf courses, restaurants, 5-star hotels, etc.
At the exhibition, we will publish bilingual publications and use a multilingual explanation system to introduce investment potential, promote tourism, show promotional films, QR codes to provide information on digital tourism maps, investment information portals, and smart tourism products. Along with that, there will be performances of Quan Ho folk songs, Ca Tru, Then singing - Tinh lute; water puppetry, Dong Ho paintings, etc.; many activities for students and international visitors to explore Kinh Bac culture; meetings, seminars, local introductions, investment connections, and trade promotion.
What key tasks is the organizing committee focusing on to make the exhibition effective and create a good impression on domestic and international audiences, sir?
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Trung: We are entering the acceleration phase. The current key tasks include: Completing the exhibition model, adding high-quality documents, images, and video clips; testing interactive software; organizing exhibition space operation drills and training for tour guides and exhibition staff. Coordinating with press and media agencies to promote before, during, and after the exhibition. Thereby affirming the stature, identity, and aspirations of a dynamic Bac Ninh, which is making strong breakthroughs in its 80-year journey of accompanying the country.
