This afternoon, February 23, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association coordinated with Dong Ha High School to organize the 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day (Nguyen Tieu Giap Thin - 2024) with the theme "Harmony of the Country".

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Nguyen Van Dung shared that this year's Poetry Day was held at Dong Ha High School - a school with a 50-year history filled with remarkable events and achievements.
This is a meaningful activity of artists in the province and the team of teachers and students of the school, contributing a fresh rhythm to the "harmony of the country" with a spring full of faith and hope.

Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Nguyen Van Dung also provided an overview of the province's socio-economic development achievements in 2023 as well as plans to organize major holidays of the homeland and country in 2024.
Including the 70th anniversary of Vinh Linh August 25 tradition (1954-2024), the 35th anniversary of the re-establishment of Quang Tri province July 1 (1989-2024), the first Peace Festival held in Quang Tri; the "sprint" year has a special significance to successfully implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress so that artists can devote their passion, talent and effort to create valuable works that further enhance the love for the homeland in the period of innovation and integration. The journey of creating poetry is also a journey rooted in life, multiplying fresh humanistic values, conveying emotions, and spreading good things in society.
At this year's Vietnam Poetry Day, delegates and poetry lovers were able to watch many poetry and music performances, including many quality works composed by artists in the province around the theme "The Harmony of the Country".
Through poetry performances and art performances, they left a deep impression with the content praising the Party, Uncle Ho, praising the land and people of Quang Tri with their strong aspirations in the war to defend the country as well as in building the country today.
