Storm No. 3 has just dissipated, a tropical depression has appeared near the East Sea

(DN) - On the afternoon of July 23, Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station said that storm No. 3 had just dissipated when this afternoon (July 23), a tropical depression appeared near the East Sea with a strong intensity of level 6, gusting to level 8, and is forecast to strengthen into a storm.

At 1 p.m., the center of the tropical depression was at about 18.0 degrees North latitude; 119.7 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea of the northern East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6-7 (39-61 km/h), gusting to level 9; moving in the West Southwest direction at a speed of 10-15 km/h.
