That was the opinion of Deputy Director of Vietnam Road Administration Nguyen Thanh Hoai at the Launching Ceremony of implementing road maintenance management work in 2025.
On the afternoon of February 7, at the Truong Vinh tunnel area, Nghi Son - Dien Chau expressway, Highway QLDB II and Project Management Board 4 (under the Vietnam Road Administration) held a launching ceremony to deploy road maintenance management work in 2025.
Delegates along with civil servants, public employees and workers attended the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Thanh, Director of Highway QLDB II, said that this is a traditional activity of the Vietnam Road Industry.
The ceremony aims to encourage and motivate all cadres, civil servants, employees, investors, project management boards, supervision consultants, construction contractors, road maintenance management contractors and related agencies and units to strive to overcome difficulties, complete works and projects on schedule, and contribute to the successful implementation of the set goals according to the plan.

This is also an activity demonstrating the urgent, exciting and high determination of the whole industry in general, of civil servants, employees and workers of Zone 2, Project Management Board 4 in particular in implementing tasks with the spirit of innovation, determination, discipline and quality.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, emphasized the importance of road maintenance.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, emphasized that among the five types of transport in our country, road transport accounts for 70% of passenger transport and up to 90% of freight transport. This proves that the road sector plays a very important role.
“The road sector, especially maintenance work, contributes greatly to stabilizing people's lives, developing the economy and ensuring national security and defense,” Mr. Hoai emphasized.
After the launching ceremony, the Nghi Son - Dien Chau expressway maintenance units simultaneously deployed maintenance work on the route.
Delegates presented gifts to engineers, workers and laborers of the Nghi Son - Dien Chau expressway maintenance unit.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Chairman of the Vietnam Road Administration Trade Union, gave lucky money to workers and laborers on the occasion of the New Year of the Snake 2025.
