On December 7, Thu Duc City Police (HCMC) temporarily detained Nguyen Truong Sa (32 years old, residing in Binh Dinh province) for disturbing public order.

Previously, on November 29, at 25 Nguyen Huu Nam Street, Tan Phu Ward (Thu Duc City), a cargo truck driven by Sa was stopped due to a traffic jam when it was hit by a three-wheeled vehicle driven by NHT (31 years old, residing in Thu Duc City).
Getting out of the car and seeing scratches on the side of the car, Sa got angry and hit T. on the head but did not cause any injury.
At this time, T.D.Th (38 years old, the bus assistant) intervened, Sa stopped and returned to the cabin to continue driving back to the parking lot.
Seeing that, T. angrily got in front of the car to block it, asking Sa to get out of the car to resolve the issue. In his helpless attempt to stop them, Th. left Sa and T. to deal with the conflict.

Not responding to T.'s words, Sa continued to drive forward slowly. After about 10m of backing up, T. climbed onto the front bumper of the car and continued to ask Sa to stop the car.
However, the truck driven by Sa continued to move at a faster speed, stopping after about 3.9 km. At this time, people intervened, Sa apologized and T. agreed to let the incident go.
Thu Duc City Police then invited Sa, T., Th. to the headquarters for questioning. There, Sa confessed to his violations.
