"The Happiness Trap": How to escape the sea of suffering in life to live a meaningful, fulfilling life

In September, Omega Plus and Dan Tri Publishing House jointly released the book The Happiness Trap (Stop Struggling and Start Living) by author Russ Harris, translated by Nguyen Khanh Chi and Nguyen Phuong Anh.

The work consists of 3 parts: Why it is so hard to be happy ; How to deal with difficult thoughts and emotions ; How to make life meaningful .

Russ Harris, 61, currently living in Melbourne (Australia), is a world- renowned ACT trainer, therapist and coach, with a background in medicine (as a general practitioner).

He has conducted hundreds of workshops, trained over 50,000 healthcare professionals worldwide, and is the author of several best-selling ACT textbooks and books.
