On the evening of April 17, the Provincial Military Command held the closing ceremony of the 2024 mass art festival for armed forces, youth and students. Attending the closing ceremony was Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Tue, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command.

The leaders of the Provincial Military Command commended the units.

After 2 days of competition, 9 groups with 329 actors, musicians, militiamen, and students brought to the festival 62 performances of music, dance, and art with a joyful atmosphere and rich in artistry. The content praised the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, the revolutionary tradition of the homeland, the image of soldiers in training, combat readiness, close to the tasks of the army and armed forces of the province.

Through the festival, the Provincial Military Command promptly discovered cadres, soldiers and military personnel with the ability to perform mass culture and arts; it is an opportunity for each cadre and soldier to promote their creativity, contributing to the achievement of celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024) and the 77th anniversary of the traditional day of the armed forces of Thai Binh province (April 20, 1947 - April 20, 2024).
