In the field of magnetic resonance imaging, the hospital applies Compressed SENSE fast-scanning software, allowing up to 50% faster capture of 2D and 3D magnetic resonance images for brain, spine, musculoskeletal, abdominal - pelvic, cardiovascular imaging, contributing to optimizing the workflow for medical staff, while shortening patient waiting time.

In addition, the partner also provides a software package for processing and automatically analyzing in-depth cardiac magnetic resonance images with the support of AI, helping to improve the efficiency of examination and diagnosis of complex myocardial diseases such as myocardial infarction, myocardial hypertrophy, dilated cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, etc.

3D Imaging Reveals the Truth About Blood Vessels

With smart technology, the SmartCT platform on the intervention system applied at Bach Mai Hospital helps simplify and effectively exploit 3D images in the planning and guiding process of interventions with high accuracy and safety.

SmartCT is integrated with intelligent algorithms that automatically optimize 3D images (such as reducing metal noise, reducing attenuation noise due to human organs, or correcting patient motion noise), automatically and accurately identifying lesion borders and blood vessels on 3D data.

In addition, this platform helps limit the amount of contrast agent needed, bringing even more safety to patients.

The leaders of Bach Mai Hospital also said that with this cooperation, the hospital's echocardiography system has been upgraded to the latest version on the AI platform, contributing to providing optimal solutions for diagnosing many difficult and complex cases. With the support of AI, ultrasound images are automatically and consistently acquired between examinations, minimizing errors, helping to simplify the routine cardiac examination process and eliminating manual operations by doctors.

According to Associate Professor - Doctor Dao Xuan Co, Director of Bach Mai Hospital, the hospital currently receives 6,000 - 8,000 patients for examination and treatment every day. Accurate diagnosis helps optimize the work process, reduce work pressure for medical staff as well as reduce waiting time for patients, improving professional quality.
