On the afternoon of June 25, the Secretary General of the National Assembly informed that at today's session, the National Assembly voted to pass a resolution on the election of Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province, as a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly.
The results showed that 435/435 National Assembly delegates present approved the resolution to elect Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh as a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly .
Also on June 25, the National Assembly elected Mr. Lam Van Man as a member of the National Assembly Standing Committee. The National Assembly dismissed Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam from the position of member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the position of Chairman of the Nationalities Council of the 15th National Assembly. Thus, the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee currently has 20 members, including: Chairman, 6 Vice Chairmen and 13 members of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh was born in 1968, from Nam Cuong commune, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province, Tay ethnic group; Master of Law degree.
Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee and a delegate of the 14th and 15th National Assembly.
During his working career, Mr. Chinh held the positions of Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Na Ri District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Deputy Secretary, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Secretary of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee.
