BIC in Top 1 "Best place to work in Vietnam insurance industry, large enterprises"

BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) has just been honored to receive the Top 1 award "Best Workplace in Vietnam Insurance Industry, Large Enterprises" according to the results of the "Best Workplace in Vietnam 2024" ranking announced by Anphabe. In the ranking of the best workplace in Vietnam, Large Enterprises, BIC also ranked high, ranking 39th out of 100 honored enterprises.

The ranking is based on the results of the "Best Places to Work in Vietnam" survey series, conducted completely independently, this year recording the objective opinions of more than 65,000 employees, 253 leaders and human resource managers, from 18 industry groups nationwide. The survey was conducted from April to September 2024, measuring the employer brand attractiveness of more than 700 businesses, while updating the latest trends in talent, human resources and working environment in Vietnam.
