In 2025, the Diplomatic Academy plans to enroll 2,200 students. Four admission methods include: direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; considering 2025 high school graduation exam scores; combining academic records with foreign language certificates or international standardized tests (SAT, ACT); considering a combination of international standardized certificates/tests and 2025 high school graduation exam scores.
Regarding the input quality assurance threshold, for the combinations D01, D03, D04, D06, DD2, A00, A01, D07, D09, D10, D14, D15, the school takes the floor score of 22 points; the highest is combination code C00 with 25 points.
The Diplomatic Academy notes that the minimum score is determined based on the total score of 3 subjects in any admission combination of the Academy in the 2025 high school graduation exam. Candidates can use the international certificate conversion score according to the Academy's regulations to calculate the threshold to ensure input quality.
For candidates who graduated from high school before 2025 and registered for admission by combining academic records and international certificates, the floor score will be applied according to the Academy's input quality assurance threshold in the year the candidate graduates.
For candidates using A-level certificates or IB Diploma, the minimum score is 24 points (determined based on the total admission score after conversion).
