MB is the first bank in Vietnam to fully digitize the import letter of credit (L/C) process - from consulting to issuance - right on the BIZ MBBank platform. In particular, MB has applied DocAI technology - document processing using artificial intelligence - to the document checking stage, helping to shorten processing time by up to 75%, while increasing accuracy and reducing operating costs for businesses.
