At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command announced the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense on the reorganization of the Provincial Military Command, District Military Command and units under the Provincial Military Command.
Decisions of the Ministry of National Defense stipulate the classification of local military agencies and promulgate the organizational and staffing tables of the first-class provincial military command, first-class and second-class district military command, and units directly under the provincial military command (peacetime).

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command to quickly complete and stabilize the organization and staffing according to regulations; focus on arranging and assigning personnel at all levels, adjusting and supplementing the number of troops and technical equipment for reorganized units that are lacking and newly established, without affecting, disrupting or interrupting the regular tasks of agencies and units.
Along with stabilizing the organization and staffing in terms of administration, promptly perfecting the Party organization, mass organization, and Military Council, associated with building a team of cadres, party members, and union members with sufficient qualities and abilities to meet requirements and tasks; firmly grasping the ideological situation of cadres and soldiers after arranging and assigning personnel according to the Decision of the Military Region and the Provincial Military Command.

For the Logistics - Technical Department and some merged, reorganized, newly established squad-level organizations, the Party Committee and commanders thoroughly grasp and innovate methods and styles in leadership and management, creating positive changes in awareness, responsibility and implementation organization. At the same time, pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers so that they can work with peace of mind and complete assigned tasks well. In particular, the Logistics - Technical Department focuses on doing a good job of advising, ensuring conditions for regular and ad hoc tasks of the provincial military according to regulations.
Also this morning, the Provincial Military Command held a Conference to hand over decisions on personnel work to 22 officers of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command; Decision on allowing 2 comrades to retire; Decision on 3 comrades to retire according to the regime and organize the handover of responsibilities and tasks of the Head of Logistics - Engineering, Provincial Military Command when implementing the merger and reorganization according to the policy of the Ministry of National Defense.
